A real person reads every message. We are a small shop, so it is usually the same person, and usually within one business day.
Before you write
- Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If tracking has not moved in 7 business days, write to us with your order number and we will chase it.
- Will it arrive by a specific date? Tell us the date and your country and we will give you an honest answer, not an optimistic one.
- Something arrived damaged. Send your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it without an argument.
Bulk and parish orders
Buying for a confirmation class, a retreat, a Sunday school, or a whole baptism party? Write to us with rough quantities and your date. We can usually do better than the listed price and we can hold inventory for you.
